August 5th, 2007 - Zoo Parking (13km)

This week it is from the Zoo Parking at 7.30, and it's the conventional Zoo Parking run up Boshoff Ave to Top Tap, then along the ridge past Chiavelli's old place, over the M3 footbridge, and down to Wynberg School before coming back along Tennant, past Paradise Motors, and back to the Zoo Parking.

It's about 13 kms, but is a "quality run" with plenty of hills, and its magically scenic.

July 29th, 2007 - Fish Hoek (18km)

The run starts at 7:30am and is from Fish Hoek to Boulders and back. Those who would like to turn back earlier can obviously run shorter. Thanks to Colleen & Tim Haig-Smith for doing the coke truck.

22nd July, 2007 - Hout Bay

We will meet at 7:30am at the base of Chapman's Peak in Hout Bay. The run is about 18ks, although for those wanting to do a shorter run there are always shortcuts :)

15th July 2007 - Tokai

The run is from Tokai Kwik Spar on Tokai Road.
