The run this week will from Hout Bay, direction to be decided on the day. Start time 7.00 am.

We meet in the car park opposite Chapman's Peak Hotel, and we will either go up Chapman's Peak, or we will go up Suikerbossie.

The Chapman's Peak run goes up to the observation point, then back down to the garage just around the corner from where we started, then up to Victoria Mall, then through the village down to Snoekies, through the harbour back to Mariner's Warf, and then back to the car park to finish.

The Suikerbossie run goes up to Victoria Mall, up Suikerbossie to the housing estate, through to the world of birds, then down to Victoria Mall, through the village, round the harbour to Snoekies and then back to Mariner's Warf before finishing at the car park.

Don't worry about the Bay to Bay which is also on Sunday - we often run in the same area as other sporting events!
